Not that ancient ;)
That's a modified version of the Creed of Constantinople. The famous line written possibly by Saint Gregory from Nyssa himself, "and in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father, who is worshiped and glorified with the Father and the Son" is here modified, so that "and from the Son" is inserted.
Also, that icon on top... Definitely not that ancient either!
